Rudra Career Guidance was founded in 2010 in Lucknow with a simple mission: bring honest education counselling to UP's students. At the time, most consultancies operated as commission agents — pushing students into colleges where they'd earn the highest cut, regardless of fit. We wanted to change that.
Today, we operate from 6 branches across Uttar Pradesh — Lucknow (head office), Noida, Kanpur, Meerut, Basti, and Gorakhpur. Our team of 40+ counsellors specialises in stream-specific guidance: medical, engineering, management, pharmacy, nursing, paramedical, and MBBS abroad.
