What is BCA?
BCA covers programming (C/C++/Java/Python), databases, web technologies, networking, and software engineering. Most colleges admit on the basis of 12th marks; some via state CETs (e.g. CUET, IPU CET).
BCA graduates work as developers, QA engineers, support engineers, and IT analysts. MCA (2-year PG) is a common next step and is treated equivalent to B.Tech CSE for IT roles.
